Aventura Condos Description

Aventura condos represent some of the nicest residential buildings in South Florida. From their innovative and stylish architectural design, to their groundbreaking residential features and amenities, Aventura condos are high-end in all aspects of luxury condo living. Condos like Atlantic at the Point, Bella Mare, Turnberry Village and Yacht Club are sights to behold with their high-rise structure that towers over beautiful landscaping with wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Aventura condos can have a variety of different residential features depending on the level of luxury the condo offers and its general theme. Condos like Turnberry Marina have a nautical theme and designs generally are based on its nautical leanings. Most condos have residential features like floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious balconies, marble floors in the bathroom, granite countertops in the kitchen with living and dining room. Amenities for these beautiful condos also vary depending on the size of the building and number of residents. Some high-rise buildings require multiple pools, sun decks and spas to accommodate their residents.

The first thing that comes to mind when one thinks of Aventura is the famous Aventura Mall. This is because Aventura Mall has cultivated a reputation for top-of-the-line products from designer clothing to lavish jewelry. The city of Aventura is equally luxurious with its beautiful residential communities that range from contemporary condos to old-Spanish style homes. Aventura is a waterfront city which means some of its nicest property also has beautiful waterfront views and easy access to the water.
