The Caribbean Hotel built in 1941 is a historic Miami Beach landmark that is undergoing complete renovation and restoration. This oceanfront treasure will be rebuilt from the inside out in order to house 35 brand new luxury residences. An additional nineteen-story building will be attached to the original structure. The south tower will consist of nineteen floors and 68 modern luxury units. Both the north and south towers will offer residents stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and city skyline.
