NoBe Bay Description

NoBe Bay, sporting a stylish name that evokes its sibling SoBe, is sixteen stories designed in an invigoratingly unique curved architecture that exudes luxury and the modish Miami Beach lifestyle.  Upon its completion and grand opening later this year, North Beach’s namesake building will offer residents superb views of the Miami cityscape and the unrivaled South Florida sunset.

A state-of-the-art fitness center with the latest of equipment and a widespread pool patio area overlooking the bay means obtaining that perfect tan is just a matter of getting comfortable.  Before that however, you’ll pass through a graceful lobby that allow access to semi-private elevators and feature concierge and security services.  A set of five individual cabanas and boat docks that are currently pending city approval round out the NoBe Bay building’s generous assortment of features and amenities.

A total of 98 units with one to three bedrooms and seven penthouse residences will start at $300,000.  Each unit will feature a spacious balcony and/or terrace and large floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.  Corner units have the benefit of wraparound balconies offering substantially more area for taking in the marvelous views of the outside.  Kitchens come in an Italian style and feature Imaglio and Blanco Nove brand glass doors and granite countertops accompanied by stainless steel hardware and appliances and glass cooktops.  Master bedrooms and bathrooms feature expansive walk-in closets, European marble flooring, and free standing Italian vanities with glass tops.  The satin nickel fixtures and extended water closets are accompanied by a shower, tub and spa.

Miami Beach offers a bounty of popular and aesthetically pleasing shopping areas for NoBe Bay residents.  Besides being a great area for people watching and dining, Lincoln Road is bursting with a variety of jewelry, clothing, electronics and art stores.   On Collins Avenue, you’ll find the Bal Harbour Shops, featuring world class boutiques and fine retail shops.  Ocean Drive is not only the area’s most popular tourist destination due to its trendy bars, nightclubs and frequent celebrity guests; it’s also a great place for upscale open air dining.  Across the street you’ll find plenty of beachfront and locals absorbing the city’s contagiously cool lifestyle.
