Separate saunas for both men and women, individual aerobic areas for exercising and yoga, a billiard and private lounge room and a party room with its own kitchen for hosting large celebrations lie further beyond the gracefully furnished lobby designed by illustrious pop artist Romero Britto.
Besides offering great views of Biscayne Bay and the city activity within its residences, kitchens at Everglades on the Bay will feature stainless steel appliances, European style cabinetry, ceramic tile flooring and double sinks. Master bathrooms will come with marble flooring, glass shower enclosures, soaking tubs, and designer vanities with granite tops while secondary bathrooms will have ceramic floors and tub and shower surrounds also in ceramic material.
Right across the street from Everglades on the Bay will be Bayside and Bayfront Park, meaning residents will be able to walk to the park and partake in its frequent festivals, celebrations and events like the annual Bob Marley Caribbean Festival, the popular Ultra Music Festival or the Latin themed Festival Vallenato. Right next door, residents can stroll through the Bayside shops and restaurants or take a cruise and view some of Miami’s famous landmarks and celebrity homes.
