After stepping through the luxuriously elegant residential lobby, residents will enter their homes by walking through eight foot doors that lead to ten foot ceiling units.  A sampling of what you’ll find inside includes private recessed balconies, individually controlled air conditioning systems, high speed pre-wiring, and washer and dryers.  Kitchens come with black granite countertops, Poggenpohl cabinetry, Franke brand double sinks and faucets, and cooktops and wall ovens by Viking.  Additionally, you’ll find General Electric brand garbage disposals and microwaves.  Bathrooms feature Kohler brand porcelain sinks, fixtures and whirlpool tubs next to frameless glass stall showers.  Beige marble flooring by Borneo, raised panel cabinetry and vanity countertops are also included.
