Eight different floor plans in one to four bedrooms options start at $800,000 and reach up to a mind blowing $10 million, the undisputed pinnacle of luxury living. Private elevator foyers lead to units in which you’ll find ten foot ceilings, or a staggering twenty feet in lofts. High impact windows and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to oversized private balconies complete with glass railings. All residents also have access to the Marquis hotel amenities such as housekeeping and room service. Kitchens come in a custom European style and feature custom-crafted natural wood cabinets, high end Viking brand appliances and Quartz countertops. Bathrooms also come in a European style and feature imported stone floors, natural stone backsplash walls made of granite or marble, Duravit and KWC brand fixtures and rain showers with hand held sprayers all enclosed by frameless doors.

Just around the corner from the Marquis you’ll find Miami’s Design District, featuring a wealth of diverse galleries and trendy shops. Head south and you’ll come across the American Airlines Arena, one of the largest event centers that hosts the city’s biggest concerts and is home to the city’s national champions, the Miami Heat. In the evening, stop by South Beach and experience the city’s best in entertainment and nightlife.
