The ICON’s one to three bedroom units come pre-wired for high-speed technology and digital cable and are available with the choice of ocean or bay views. Nine-foot ceilings, tinted and tempered glass designed to meet hurricane codes and the choice of nine different floor plans are also offered.  Furthermore, units come with a choice of four distinct Philippe Starck design palettes that appeal to eclectic tastes: nature, classic, cultural and minimal.  Kitchens feature Miele appliances, European style cabinetry and the choice of marble or granite countertops.  Finally, bathrooms come equipped with Philippe Starck designed fixtures, whirlpool bathtubs and marble flooring.

Residents of the Icon have access to some of South Beach’s most exciting locations and attractions.  Lincoln Road is ideal for shopping and features the recently renovated Colony Theatre.  The famous Ocean Drive is home to Mango’s, a popular live music establishment, and the free Art Deco Museum.  The infamous Versace home is also located on Ocean Drive and is available for private events.
