The Wine & Food Festival has been a perennial favorite in South Florida, featuring a vast assortment of drinks, spices and dishes from all across the globe. Founded by Lee Brian Schrager, the festival will be entering its ninth consecutive year in 2010 and is more popular than ever. Next year’s event will be featuring a delectable mix of events old and new, including ones designed for the younger crowds so you can bring the whole family along.

Taking place from February 25th to the 28th next year in Miami Beach, visitors won’t need to travel very far from their Miami Beach homes to experience, among other things, culinary creations from local chefs such as those who have restaurants in the famed Miami Design District.

The longtime favorite Wine Spectator's Best of the Best event will return and will be taking place in one of the latest Miami Beach condos to receive a facelift, the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Some of the most respected winemakers in the world will be showcasing their drinks alongside chefs offering the perfect complement to these fine wines.

Kids will also be able to enjoy the festivities thanks to the efforts of the South Beach Diet and its Fun and Fit event. Taking place at nearby Jungle Island, young chefs in training can prepare their own nutritious recipes under the guidance of some of the best professional chefs in the business.
