South Florida Dining for Less

Real Estate Blog Article

Areas that rely heavily on and are popular for tourism often carry premium price tags, Miami and its Miami Beach condos being no exception to this.  In climates such as the current one where the majority of people have to closely watch where their money goes, tourism is not a top priority.

The Dine Out Lauderdale event is currently taking place until the twelfth of November.  Over thirty restaurants in Broward County as well as Miami-Dade have places where you can enjoy delectable dining for less than $35, a great way to experience the variety of foods without having to spend too much money.

If you’re looking for place near existing Miami Beach condos, consider Morton’s The Steakhouse.  Dinner is served every evening or you can choose to purchase your own steak from the restaurant to cook in the comfort of your own home.

Make sure to stop by A Fish Called Avalon on Mondays, also in Miami Beach.  The weekly Monday night menu offers a full course meal with items like Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio and Chilled Yellow Tomato Gazpacho prepared by renowned chef Brian Cantrell.

For something a little more laid back, visit Miami Beach’s Paris themed Au Pied de Cochon.  From 4-7 PM you can try “Blue Hour”, a collection of foods like oysters, jumbo shrimp as well as specially priced drinks.  You can also enjoy happy hour from Thursday through Saturday which starts at midnight and ends at 2 AM.

Most of these places assume you either already live in or are considering purchasing Miami Beach condos or Miami Beach homes.  Remember that over thirty restaurants are participating in both counties so don’t limit yourself to just one area when there are so many places to try.
