Get Your Front Yard to get a Second Look
Without spending significant amounts of money, your front yard can be spruced up with mature flowers and bushes. Make sure to keep the lawn mowed evenly and resod a few areas this new year!

Make sure your doorknobs are polished, it sounds superstitious, but a rusty knob is a quick way to lose interest of buyers. Also, get a welcome matt! Everyone wants to feel welcome, especially buyers.

One of the most common reasons a home fails inspections, is due to roof repairs. Repair your roof before you list and it will make the closing go much faster and will improve the look of your home.
Leave a Light On
Certainly turn lights off to save energy, but when you have showings, it is always best to have lights on. Exterior lights will highlight your landscaping as well. Small lights can be placed along walkways to light to way for your buyer.
