The illustrious Delano Hotel, a Related Group Property, has repurposed its historic restaurant The Blue Door and opened a modern Italian restaurant they call Bianca. The concept behind Bianca is to bring local organic foods to modern Italian cooking. This is certainly a place to be seen, Mickey Rourke is a frequent diner, and many other notable celebrities have been seen at this hotspot. Another swank addition to the Miami Scene and it definitely lives up to expectations in the food department. We highly recommend all seafood options, and leave room for desert!
