Jorge Perez is at it again, announcing the latest development from the Related Group, Icon Bay. This 40 story, 300 unit, luxury condominium will be located on one acre of downtown land with 400 feet of waterfront, and will be the third Icon named project in Miami. Each floor will contain 8 ultra luxurious apartments with private elevators and unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. The amenities featured will be an art collection of sculptures and paintings by local artists, Jose Bedia, Daniel Azoular, Carolina Sardi, and Oka Donner. This collection will be curated by the Miami Museum of Art and will be throughout the 1 acre grounds. There will also be an infinity waterfront pool, full scale fitness facility and spa, recreational facilities, and media room. The preconstruction prices start at $450,000.

The Related Group has touted this development as Miami’s Grammercy Park and with its location, it is no surprise. It is centrally located 5 minutes from Downtown Brickell, and 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport. It is close to the Performing Arts Center, Wynwood Arts District, and the Design District. Since the plans have been approved for the new commercial development at the Design District, this is a highly anticipated area for growth and many investors are flocking to seize the opportunity to buy in this urban neighborhood.
