Canyon Ranch residences have views of the Bay as well as 750 feet of Atlantic Ocean at its bounds. The fitness, spa, restaurant, and concierge are unparalleled in South Florida. It is hard to believe you could live in such a paradise, however some of these units are very reasonably priced.

At $378 per square foot, this one bedroom one bath condominium is 950 square feet and has all the latest finishes and stunning view of the intra-coastal waterways. A mix of marble flooring, carpet, and tile afford maximum comfort in this spacious single bedroom dwelling. This is truly a wonderful value in one of the most coveted buildings in South Florida. It has long been held that Latin American interests have reigned supreme in investing in Miami. Nightlife investors are often European, and recently Asian investors have stepped to the plate showing increasing interest in the Miami commercial real estate marketplace. Swire Pacific is planning a $700 million dollar project called Brickell Citicentre, which will be a hotel, office, condominium project, and retail space.
Most industry insiders feel this interest is due to the growth in the tourism industry in Miami, which hosted 12.6 million people in 2010. According to the Real Deal, in 2011 $951 million dollars was invested in Florida by foreign interests, of which Genting, a Malaysia based interest invested $252 million. Miami held $451 milllion of these investments, a wonderful sign for things to come in the condominium and development markets in 2012 and beyond.

Miami Beach condos have a lot to live up to, from having appealing amenities to condos that are inviting and stylish.  But what about the name?  While a name could play a role in swaying someone to visit a building, what really is in a name?  If it's L'Excellence, the name certainly gives an impression of quite a lofty building.  With a location on Collins Avenue just a couple of feet away from the sunny sands of Miami Beach, L'Excellence is well, excellent.

Among the several Miami Beach condos within L'Excellence is unit 605.  This residence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with more than 1,900 square feet of living area.  If you like spending time soaking in the tropically infused ambiance of the barrier island or admiring the ebb and flow of the waterfront, you'll find a trio of balconies including one that's wraparound.  Additional features inside unit 605 include hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, marble bathroom, granite countertops and much more.  You'll also notice the L'Excellence condo's swimming pool from the balcony of unit 605.

The Indian Creek neighborhood is recognized for being one of the finest upscale communities in the Miami Beach area.  This island community is just west of Miami Beach and is home to many celebrities.  But did you know that one of the best Miami Beach condos also shares its name with the building?  That building would be 6000 Indian Creek, a condominium well known for the space and tranquility and privacy allotted to each unit.

Although there are currently no Miami Beach condos for sale in 6000 Indian Creek  per the MLS, one of the residences has three bedrooms and bathrooms and you'll find over 2000 square feet of living area inside, ensuring plenty of space for your own furnishings and customization.  This is just one of the many options you'll find within but what you may really enjoy is the fact that there are mere 35 units and just one or two units on each floor, practically guaranteeing privacy of the utmost.
