There’s a lot that goes into the decision making process when browsing Miami Beach condos and one of the important factors in determining the best place to live is the location.  That’s why the Floridian condo remains a fixture among the top condos in the city as it has a wonderful location right on the Venetian Causeway that allows for jaw dropping views of downtown Miami, the waterfront and the Art Deco design of Miami Beach.

Location is one thing but the Floridian would not be a popular building if its amenities didn’t offer the same degree of luxury.  You can choose to play tennis while enjoying the breezy ambiance courtesy of Biscayne Bay, swim in the pool also overlooking the bay or just sit back and close your eyes as you relax on the sundeck.  The multipurpose room let you host a variety of social gatherings while the fitness facility ensures you can stay physically active without even having to leave home.

From the expansive balconies and floor to ceiling windows available within one of the Floridian’s one to four bedroom residences, you already know the views will be breathtaking.  Couple those items with the many contemporary residential highlights and the Floridian is one of the most impressive Miami Beach condos.

A considerable part of the appeal of choosing Miami Beach condos over a traditional home is of course all of the extra perks and features that you get.  Most condominiums offer the basics and perhaps a little more but stop short of offering a true sense of community, an important feature that makes the Flamingo Miami Beach stand out.  This welcoming condo built in 2006 offers both the great residences near the waterfront and a strong focus on ensuring that residents truly become neighbors.

All of the standard amenities found in Miami Beach condos are available at Flamingo yet you will also find a number of features that tend to be few and far between like basketball and beach volleyball.  Perhaps most interestingly, there are several fitness and recreational activities held regularly on the premises all designed so that you can get to know your fellow Flamingo condo neighbors.

Considering the city it’s in, rest assured that the Miami Beach condos within the Flamingo offer the spectacular views, the features and the comfort.  It’s an excellent all-in-one package that ensures you live in a genuine neighborhood of sorts and not just a high end building with a great location and plenty of extra bells and whistles.

Several highly acclaimed Miami Beach condos have recently opened in the city, becoming the new must see hotspot where locals and celebrities mingle and enjoy the unique lifestyle.  Among these recent openings is the Gansevoort South Beach, a well established name with all the qualities that have come to define the new condos in Miami Beach: luxurious, stylish and emphasizing comfort.

The Gansevoort isn’t limited to just residential condominium units.  Similar to recently unveiled Miami Beach condos like the W South Beach, it offers hotel suites and therefore hotel amenities.  One of its most popular and acclaimed features is its beach club designed by Stephane Dupoux, also known as the designer behind the highly regarded Nikki Beach.  High end retail at the boutiques, a cutting edge gym and spa, cabanas near the poolside, a stunning lobby planned by renowned design Steven G, the Gansevoort South Beach condo emanates oodles of opulence and style.

The Gansevoort name has earned a great deal of respect alongside names like the Four Seasons so you can definitely expect to find some of the finest Miami Beach condos in the city.  Granite countertops, floor to ceilings windows, walk-in closets, oversized glass railed balconies, all of this and more can be yours on top of the superior location near all that there is to see and do in Miami Beach.

At one point, high end Miami Beach real estate was set to dominate the city’s landscape as the real estate boom lead to a huge surge in luxury Miami Beach condos, celebrity restaurants, and posh hotels.

We all know what happened shortly thereafter yet the housing nosedive did result in a return to the basics.  Instead of new buildings, Miami Beach is once again the classic city where people party til the wee hours of the morning and simply have a good time.  Make sure to check out these new hotspots, especially if you’re dropping by Art Basel.

One of the most recently renovated Miami Beach condos, the Fontainebleau is known for its clubs, in this case Liv located not far from the lobby.  Complete with strobe lights, banquettes designed to be danced upon and skyboxes near the dance floor, it’s one of the less pretentious clubs in the city.

The place to be nowadays is also within one of the newer Miami Beach condos, the W South Beach to be more specific.  Its club called Wall is tough to get into due to its high popularity but the atmosphere is very lively and the design of the club is all about vivid style and providing seating that ensures you get a great seat no matter where you sit.

Perhaps the biggest event drawing people to explore Miami Beach condos is the upcoming Art Basel Miami Beach but for those who may be considering a temporary or permanent visit to Miami Beach for the holidays now in December, there is a lot more to check out beyond this important and exciting event.

Considering that location plays a crucial role when choosing any Miami Beach condos, you’ll be pleased to know that nearly every single one of them is close to Lincoln Road, the primary shopping and dining hotspot in the city ideal for people watching or simply enjoying a drink of some kind at one of the many al fresco eateries.  It’s here where you’ll get a good glimpse of the people who live in the city and the rest of South Florida.

The Miami Beach condos of Bal Harbour tend to be the best place for those who want to indulge in world class shopping thanks to the popular Bal Harbour Shops but you’ll find a wealth of high end designer labels like Givenchy and classic Chanel jewelry at the Alchemist store, also on Lincoln Road.  Make sure you take some time to explore as you’re bound to find something new and interesting.

There’s a reason why buyers put so much emphasis on interior design.  The ambiance plays a crucial role in determining a person’s mood and making them feel at home, something that is perfectly represented at one of the visually captivating Miami Beach condos known as MEi Miami Beach.  This stylish beachfront building representing beauty and femininity boasts designers who have previously worked on projects for heavyweights like the Hilton chain and the Hyatt.

Once you’ve taken the time to admire and marvel at the stunning interiors, you’ll notice that practically every feature of the MEi rivals those of other Miami Beach condos, starting with the building’s massive Asian spa and fitness center spanning over 3,500 square feet.  You can have a pleasant conversation over at the tea lounge, enjoy an engrossing read at the library, sunbathe at the beach club, go swimming at the oceanfront pool deck, or host a party at the clubhouse.

The Miami Beach condos themselves of MEi adhere to the same degree of style, comfort and aesthetic found throughout the building.  With up to three bedrooms and a host of features like wraparound balconies, “Smart Building” technology and more, MEi fuses the quintessential condo lifestyle into one unbelievably impressive package.
